    6. AI Chat Features and Third-Party AI Processing

    Some of our apps (including SafeAI) provide an AI chat feature. This section explains exactly what is collected, how, where it goes, and how long it is kept.

    • What data is collected: the text of the messages you type into the chat, and nothing more. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, device identifiers, or any other personal information through the chat feature.
    • How it is collected: solely from what you voluntarily enter into the chat input field and submit. There is no background, passive, or automatic collection of your content.
    • How it is used and shared: your typed message is transmitted securely to a third-party AI service provider for the single purpose of generating a reply that is returned to you in the app. It is not used for advertising, profiling, marketing, sold, rented, or shared for any other purpose, and it is not used to train AI models.
    • Retention: your messages are never stored on our servers and are not retained after the reply is generated. Processing is transient and the content is discarded once the response is delivered.
    • Third-party obligations: our AI service provider is contractually bound to provide protection for your data that is equal to or greater than the protections described in this Privacy Policy, including the prohibitions on retention, model training, and secondary use.

    Please avoid entering sensitive personal information, health details, financial details, or credentials into the chat.

    7. Children's Privacy

    Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page.
